A deposit of $500 is required for groups of more than 72 players and $250 for smaller groups. This deposit must be paid within 10 days of receipt of this contract in order to hold your date.. The contract must be signed and returned with your deposit. Final payment should be made one wee before the day of your function and shall be made with certified check, bank check, credit card or cash. All credit card payments, including deposit shall be subject to a two percent surcharge.

The coordinator shall provide the club a final count when the final payment is due .The total cost of the outing will be calculated by the Club on the day of the function. This will be based on the number of participants and any extra expenses incurred that day. The price will be no less than the amount determined one week before regardless of how many players show up.

Cancellation Clause: Refunds on deposits as follows:

  1. If cancelled at least 90 days prior to the event, 90% refund.
  2. If cancelled at least 60 days prior to the event, 70% refund.
  3. If cancelled at least 30 days prior to the event, 50% refund.
  4. No refund if the event is cancelled less than 30 days prior to scheduled event.

 

CLGC reserves the right to terminate this agreement prior to the golf outing for any of the following reasons: Failure by the coordinator to make any payments when due, failure to meet any deadlines imposed under this agreement after reasonable notice is given. In the event the club terminates the agreement the compensation agreements set forth in the previous paragraph shall apply.

  1. The undersigned person represents that he/she is the authorized representative of the group described above who wish to organize and attend a golf event at CLGC.
