Crystal Lake Golf Course is available for Wedding Receptions and Special Events on the following days and times:
Friday evenings-any five hour period of time, not to exceed midnight.
Saturday 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Saturday Day Functions may start earlier at an additional fee but may not exceed 4:00 pm.
Saturday Evening Weddings can start no earlier than 5:00 pm and not exceed Midnight. Wedding Reception time is for five hours, additional hours may be purchased for additional fee.
Sundays 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. Sunday Day Functions may start earlier at an additional fee but may not exceed 4 p.m.
Sunday Evening Weddings can start no earlier than 5 p.m. and not exceed Midnight. Wedding Reception time is for five hours, additional hours may be purchased for additional fee.
Rental Room Fees are as follows:
Friday Evenings, Saturday Day and Sunday $750* for a five hour period of time. Saturday Evenings $1200 for a five hour period of time. If your reception should run over the five hour period of time, a $500 per hour fee will be added.
Cocktail Room Rental is $350 which includes a bar & bartender and one hour rental time.

The room rental fee includes the following:
*Our On Site Coordinator-Including pre wedding planning meetings and day of coordination of ceremony and reception.
*Scenic Vistas for Bridal Party Photography-Including Escort to Photography Areas with service of Hors d'oeuvres and beverages to Wedding Party during Photography Session.
*Private Bridal Suite.
*Greeter to welcome and direct guests.
*Friendly Wait Staff and Bartenders-Formally Attired.
*Cutting and Serving of your Wedding Cake on our China.
*Standard Table Linens and Choice of Colored Napkins.
*Our lovely China, Stemware and Silverware.
*Room Set up and Clean up-Including the placement of your Centerpieces, Favors, Escort Cards, etc. and organizing items for Bride and Groom to take home following Reception.
*Champagne Toast for the Head Table.
*Complimentary round of Golf For Bride and Groom.

Charges may be incurred if renting chairs through an outside vendor for chair set up and removal. Rental items brought in from outside vendors must be removed at the end of event.
Romantic Boat Ride following your ceremony – Then arriving at your reception facility.

Coat check service - $200
Antique Car Rental - Antique Car to shuttle you to and from Gazebo Site. Rental time starts half hour before Ceremony and ends half hour after ceremony. Includes Professionally dressed Chauffeur and use of car in photographs - $350
Your wedding ceremony may be held on site at Crystal Lake Golf Club. We have two beautiful locations in which to hold your ceremony.
Located across the lake from the Clubhouse with its own parking lot. The gazebo location offers a beautiful water view set in shaded, private seating for your guests. The Gazebo site includes bench seating for 200 guests, a rehearsal and your ceremony coordinated by our Wedding Coordinator.
Waterfront Room Patio
Located in our Clubhouse behind the banquet room, the patio offers beautiful views of the Lake and Golf Course. This location is suited best for ceremonies where it may be difficult for your guests to travel to other ceremony locations.The Patio site includes the rehearsal and ceremony coordinated by our Wedding Coordinator.
A fee of $750 will be applied for any ceremony held on-site at Crystal Lake.
In case of inclement weather, outdoor ceremonies will be held in The Waterfront Room.
***Outdoor Ceremonies must be cancelled 5 hours prior to ceremony time or outdoor fee will be incurred.***
***Crystal Lake prohibits the use of artificial rose petals at outdoor ceremonies; however, real rose petals may be used.***
